The seller cannot guarantee verbally nor supply documentation to prove the asset will perform or operate in its intended use. Buyers are urged to inspect these assets carefully and to anticipate repairs. A sale will not be cancelled for any physical, mechanical or electrical reason whatsoever.

Thresholds for units being sold Red Light - Sold As Is are as follows:

- Any Asset being sold under $4000 is Sold As Is.

- Any Asset 10 Years and Older is Sold As Is.

- Any Asset exceeding 250,000 KMS is Sold As Is.

- Any Assets being consigned by Federal, Provincial, or Municipal Governments. Salvage or Rebuilt Titles. Taxi, Limousines, First Responder Units, And other Corporate and Fleet Companies (EX: NB Power) are Sold AS IS, no matter the year or mileage.
